🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Most orders are delivered within 7 to 14 business days. We work with trusted wellness suppliers to get your order to you as quickly as possible. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships so you always know where it is.

Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is something we're actively working on and will be available soon. Join our email list to be the first to know when it launches.

KoyZen products are sourced from specialist wellness suppliers rather than large warehouse networks. This means every product is carefully selected for quality — and it means shipping takes a little longer than big-box retailers. We believe the quality is worth the wait, and we hope you do too.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use that number to track your package at any time. If you haven't received tracking details within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us at support@koyzen.com.

We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations need to be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Please contact us at support@koyzen.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Yes, absolutely. KoyZen uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed through Shopify's certified secure checkout. We never store your card details on our servers.

Our essential oils are sourced from trusted suppliers and are intended for aromatherapy use with a diffuser. We recommend reading the product description carefully and not applying directly to skin unless specified on the product label.

If your order hasn't arrived within 18 business days of your purchase date, please contact us at support@koyzen.com with your order number. We will investigate and resolve it for you promptly.
